Coaching is different than psychotherapy, as psychotherapy adresses emotional and mental distress that impacts the daily functioning of an individual, while coaching aims toward personal growth and assisting the individual to become more aligned with their set personal goals. 

The cost of coaching is $75 per hour meeting and $100 for 80 minutes. Educational support is $60 per hour. Should both coaching and educational support be needed, client and coach can discuss pricing.

This depends upon your goals and needs for coaching or educational support. You can discuss how many sessions you'd ideally access with me so that I can plan meetings in line with goals set, whether this is emotional literacy, communication skills, problem solving, navigating social situation, conflict resolution, organization and planning, time-management and so on.
